建设城市垃圾收集、运输、转运系统，卫生填埋场两部分。项目设计日处理垃圾200吨，年处理垃圾73000吨

Yibin county,covers 3,050km2 with a population of 1 million, is the depending base for water power exploitation of the Jinsha River.Along with the construction of the XiangJiaba hydropower station,environmental requirement at Yibin County is increasing,thus a garbage disposal plant is urgently needed to build to avoid pollution.

It plans to build a system for garbage gather,transportation,transfer and a fill and burying locatin.It is programmed to disposal 200 tons garbage per day as well as 73,000 tons per year.
