宜宾惠美线业有限责任公司成立于2001年7月，占地10万余平方米，注册资金21400万元（其中台资：5429.14万元），拥有总资产近8亿元，员工3000余人。2007年销售收入5.7亿元，利润5169万元。公司现有锅炉为3×75t/h循环流化床锅炉，最大产汽能力225t/h。根据盐坪坝工业园区未来几年发展规模，生产规模扩大后,用汽量大，现有炉、机生产能力无法满足能源需求，因此新建130吨锅炉项目应尽早开工。

四、项目概况

在现有供气、发电配套设施上新增130t/h蒸汽锅炉一台。项目投产后将新增利润2628万元/年，投资收益率为20.95%。

项目已编制可研报告,已通过环评和立项。

项目总投资12742万元，引进外资9000万元。

Yibin Hmei Thread Company,founded in July 2001,covers 100,000 m².Its registered capital is 214,000,000 yuan RMB including 54,291,400 yuan RMB of Taiwan capital.Its whole assets is 800,000,000 yuan RMB and it has 3,000 staffs. In 2007,its sales income was 570,000,000 yuan RMB including 51,690,000 profits.It has a 3×75t/h CFB boiler with ability of steam producing of 225t/h. According to the future scale of the company,it would need more steam.Therefore,its current boiler could not satisfy the company.A new steam boiler having more power should be built as soon as possible.

It plans to build a 130t/h steam boiler and after its construction,the annual profit would increase 26,280,000 yuan RMB and yield rate would reach 20.95%.
