一、项目名称：粉煤气化加水电解制氢年产120万吨甲醇项目。

二、项目概况：本项目建设地位于筠连县境内的筠连煤田是四川省最大的无烟煤田，储量丰富、集中、可靠，已探明煤炭总储量35.8亿吨。自2002年开始进入大规模开发，2004年被列入国家大型煤炭基地规划，根据国家能源产业结构调整和发展循环经济的要求，拟在筠连县巡司镇工业园区内建设粉煤气化加水电解制氢年产120万吨甲醇项目。本项目分两期建设：一期年产煤制甲醇60万吨；二期年产甲醇（加水电解制氢）60万吨。

三、投资估算：总投资29亿元RMB。

四、前期状态：完成了规划、可研、选址等前期准备。

I.Project Name

The Project to Produce Methanol by Powdered Coal Gasification and Electrolysis of Water to Produce Hydrogen For 1.2 Million Tons Per Year.

II.Background Information of the Project

   The project is building in Junlian County where is the biggest smokeless coal field in Sichuan Province, the coal field has advantages of rich in reserves、concentration and reliable, the proved total coal reserves of the coal field is 3.58 billion. Since 2002, it had started to large-scale expliotation. In 2004, it was listed in the plan as one of national large coal bases. According to the requests of energy structure adjuesting and the development of circulating economics, the project to produce methanol by powdered coal gasification and electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen for 1.2 million tons per year will be constructed in Xunsi Town, Junlian County. This project will be divided two phases : first phase is to produce 0.6 million tons methanol with coal; second phase  is to produce 0.6 million tons Methanol (adding electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen).
